Shipping Policy

We can ship to most countries in the world.
Countries not shipped to include: South Sudan, Palestine.

We have 3 different shipping methods: registered, priority line and expedited shipping.
In addition, the standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries.
It will be delivered within 2 - 45 days for all the world

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Skateist is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products.
Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

If you buy a product and do not like it, your fee will be refunded in 15 days.
You need to tell us why you do not like the product. We will give you the product.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to return the product you purchased. 

Privacy Policy 

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or respond to a survey.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter the following: your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Customers are responsible for their own username and password safety and security on Skateist. We recommend choosing a strong password and changing it frequently. Please do not use the same login details (email and password) across multiple websites.

That said, we do implement a variety of security measures including offering the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Our servers and websites are security scanned and fully verified externally by AVG Technologies on a daily basis to protect you online.
